my Fusion VM Fully died , please help

I have Vmware Fusion Pro Ver 10 , after interrupt reclaim process for my windows 7 64bit VM , and then want to power it on , it wont started at all,

how to make it work again please or at least retrieve an important files from that VM .

I appreciate your help
