license key invalid in fusion 11

I register a license key and download version 11(Catalina could not download fusion 12), then it said my license key is invalid, what should I do

I am also having this problem; I'm using 11.5 on older Mac Mini and the license key is not working (I assume it's only valid for 12). Any workaround to this?

12.2 requires Big Sur and newer.

Version 12.1.2 should still work with Catalina.

Hi,

The free license for Fusion Player 12 is indeed only valid for Fusion 12.
