how to resolve "No 3D support is available from the host" error in VMware Fusion 12

Hello all, i use a mac book pro 16 (2019) with macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and VMWare Fusion 12 pro 12.1.2

I get always this message: how to resolve "No 3D support is available from the host" error in VMware Fusion 12

Please how can i fix it.

What model mac do you have, and what guest are you trying to run?

Mac Book pro 16 2019 2,3 GHz-8-Core-i9,32 gb ddr4, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB, Intel UHD graphics 630 1536 MB

Windows 10 Home, 21H1, 19043.1202

That's really odd, it's definitely supported.

 

Do you have something like the old GFXCard Status installed that manipulates which graphics chip the host uses?

How can i find it out? I am sure, i never installed something like gfxcard status.

You'd know it if you did.  

 

I presume you've tried rebooting?  And no eGPU involved?

Can you trigger the error, capture logs, and share them?

Help > Collect Support Information.

Might be a big file, so you might need to use something like Dropbox to post it if the Forum doesn't allow it.
