facing some problems after upgrading to leopard from tiger help please

im having a problem it started when i upgraded my macbook the day before yesterday from tiger to leopard every time i start the vmware fusion this is the message that appears (The virtual machine's operating system has attempted to enable promiscuous mode on adapter Ethernet0. This is not allowed for security reasons.

Putting a host network adapter in promiscuous mode is a protected operation under Leopard and VMware is aware of users being promped for this. These threads have more information on this issue:
