can't view usb pen

good morning

i can't use any usb drive in my windows 7 into a fusion version 4.1.1

into a mac osx 10.7.2

i view under Usb and Bluetooth command from virtual machine menu my pen ( when it is connect) but if i try to connect in windows is not recognized

what can i try ?

no all appears in normal state under window

i have try to delete all usb in windows 7 device manager

windows plug and play have discovery all usb componets again other usb device as mouse keyobard and  printer work fine

when i put an usb pen this appears in mac but not in windows

can be some wrong options in mac ?

have you installed any addon tools if not please install addon tools .the only you can access .
