big sur with fusion 12 running win 10 pro and ps4 controller problems

Hi

I have a mac mini with big sur os

I installed the free version of fusion 12

I installed win10 pro using fusion 12

I have a sony ps4 blu tooth controller.

I successfully pair and connect with BT the ps4 to my mac mini / big sure

I turn on " share blue tooth devices" using fusion 12.

When I run windows 10 pro via fusion I can get the ps4 BT controller to connect.

I can see under the BT device in win10 that the controller is paired but is not connected

I tried many many things

turn on off BT on my mac

tun on off BT on windows

Reset my ps4 controller

etc etc etc

Do you have any advice

Thanks

Daniele

Hi Daniele,

Interesting.. it never occurred to me to connect my ps4 controller to Windows...

What software are you using within Windows 10 to check if the ps4 controller works?
Is this a dual shock controller?

While obviously blue tooth is the way to go, have you tried to see if you can get the controller to work via usb?

Hi

thanks

I tried with the USB cable but fusion 12 is not seeing the ps4 as a USB device (under macmini big sur)  (so when I run win10pro under fusion12 the ps4 controller is not working)

I use steam to check if the controller works.

Steam under macmini big sur recognize the ps4 controller via BT (no issues there)

The problem is that win10pro under fusion12 VM is not connecting the ps4 controller via BT (it is paring with it but is not connecting with it)

Without the connection, the ps4 controller  is not working.

why fusion12 is not supporting a simple ps4 BT controller?

Please let me know

thanks

D
