benefits and negatives of having Fusion vm win 10 pro and on the other having Fusion vm but connected to bootcamp(both worlds)

In a MacBook Pro if have vmware Fusion exist any web resource for the benefits and negatives of having Fusion vm win 10 pro and on the other having Fusion vm but connected to bootcamp(both worlds)?

note: I am beginner in Bootcamp - never used.

Thanks for using Fusion.

Generally, Win 10 VM and Win 10 Boot Camp VM are same from user point of view. You need to pick one based on your requirement.

Cons of Boot Camp VM.

Boot Camp VM doesn't have suspend/resume function. This is very useful function that you don't have to power off the VM each time when you want to turn off your Mac.

Pros of Boot Camp VM.

Some time you have a high demand applications that need take full advantage of Mac hardware resource, you have to install the app on Boot Camp partition and run the Mac to Boot Camp. In this case, you have installed Boot Camp partition, and you don't need to install a new VM on your Mac, you can use Fusion to run Boot Camp partition as a VM.
