Wireless Mac Printer from VMWare Fusion running on Big Sur Showing Offline

UPDATE: Found instructions on how to install the Virtual Print Driver.

I am running VMWare Fusion, Player Version 12.1.0 (17195230) on my Mac running Big Sur. I can see my Mac wireless printers but it shows up as "offline" from my Windows 10 session. What am I doing wrong.

I've had my HP Laserjet go offline using Catalina. I went into windows>printers and reopened print queue. Hasn't stopped since.
