Windows7.vmwarevm/Windows 7.vmx is not a valid machine configuration file

I got the mentioned error after the VM forced to quit with not enough space error, how can I do?  Many thanks!

VM Version: 4.1.3 on MAC

OS: Windows 7 32 bit

Attach the vmware log file from the VM's folder on your host, and we can rebuild the vmx configuration file.
