i have been having sluggish responses trying to open applications within the windows environment. This morning I tried to open a critical application and it wouldn't open. I then elected to restart windows hoping that this would resolve the problem. The process then got to the screen saying "windows is shutting down" but has frozen at that screen for over an hour. In the normal Mac environment I would do a force quit but I'm afraid if I do that with this situation I might screw everything up. PLEASE HELP This is critical
