I am running Windows 7 in VMWare Fusion 3 and cannot seem to figure out how to get the Windows Aero keys working in the virtual machine. Specifically, the one I am trying to activate is Windows Flip. Activated by pressing Start-Tab. This combination switches me to another Mac window. Can I reprogram this so I can use Aero functionality and still use another keystroke to get back to the Mac windows?
