Greetings,
I'm running Windows 7 using Fusion 5. and I've been wondering if the hard drive file needs to be condensed? I've never tried this even using VMware Workstation so I don't know if it would even work or even needes to be done.
Any advise here would be appreciated.
Thanks

If you want to slim down your Windows 7 VM, before having Fusion do it, within Windows, look for Disk Cleanup and after it tells you how much space can be freed up, click on the "Clean up system files" button. That will look deeper into Windows, and if you've done any upgrading, you may be surprised at how much space can be regained. Once that's done, then use Fusion's Clean Up Virtual Machine option.
