Windows 10 can't use 'Share with my mac' to connect Internet.

I had been use fusion 11 pro, and install a Windows 10 vitual machine. Connect Internet with 'Share with my mac', and it's normal.

Yesterday I upgrade fusion 11 to fusion 12 player, then upgrade Windows_10_vitual_machine file, it can run, but can't connect Internet through 'Share with my mac'. BTW: it can connect Internet through 'Bridged Networking(Autodetect/WIFI)' .

What can I do?

Just now I found the issue is 'openvpn connect', I connect the VPN using openvpn in my mac.

I disconnect the vpn, the windows can connect Internet, then I connect the vpn, the windows can't connect.

But vmware fusion 11 hasn't this issue😓

I'm having the same problem after upgrading to Fusion 12. I am using Cisco Anyconnect VPN to make my connection in the host environment.
