I'm running VMware Fusion 4.1.1 on a MacBook Air running OS X 10.7.2. My guest OS is Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1.
When Windows 7 is in Unity, if a Mac program window (like Chrome, Safari, Preview) has focus, then clicking on a Windows program window does not give the Windows program window focus. Rather, the Mac program window retains focus. If Finder or the Desktop have focus, then clicking on the Windows program window does give the Windows program window focus.
Is there any way to fix this so that Windows program windows gain focus any time they are clicked with the mouse?
