I downloaded a 4.0 eval because I wanted to check it out before deciding to upgrade. I had a 3.0 version that I renamed, then installed 4.0. I did not see any errors. When I try to run Fusion, though, I'm prompted with a "Licensing" window where the license key is greyed out and looks like "XXXXX-XXXX-...", with the message "This copy of VMware Fusion is not yet licensed".
The download page included a license number along with the expiration date. I'm not able to past that value into the license key field because it's greyed out. My only real option is "Upgrade Now...", which takes me to a vmware store page saying the "Product data is unavailable".
Anybody else have this problem?
