Which one is better?

Hi All,

I'm a newbie in Mac & just bought VMware fusion 3. I need some inputs about which one is better (in term of stability & speed) in running windows using this VMware fusion, whether create a virtual machine from the boot camp partition or directly create windows virtual machine without boot camp?
