Which Conditions have to perform the Guest OS for installing VMwareTools

iMac5K, macOS10.14, Fusion11, Win8.1Pro, VMwareTools 10.3.2

Which conditions are to perform from my guest OS Windows8.1, that I can successfully install VMware Tools 10.3.2 (wich WindowsUpdates, .NET Frameworks, vc_redists e.g.)?

My Install of VMwareTools stops ever at the starting services. The vmtoolsd.exe doesn´t find an api-file and after 30sec the install rolls back.

Are there conditions for Windows 8.1 to allow the installation of VMware Tools?

Is this the first time install vmware tools, or are you trying to update them, in general they just install.

I have a question for you. What bitness does your windows 8.1 Professional version have? 64 bits or 32 bits?

And does the guest OS setting in Settings -> General match both the guest OS _and_ bitness ?

I had opened a second question, because you was the only one, that had a reply. My question was not interesting or nevermore was knowing an answer.
