Where is the VMware Fusion uninstaller application?

Where is the VMware Fusion uninstaller application? I mean, the "Uninstall VMware Fusion.app". If no longer available, how to completely uninstall VMware Fusion 11 on macOS 10.12.6 (16G1815) Sierra? Thanks.
