Hi,

The hint is in the message "Cette virtuelle machine a ete creee par une version plus recente de VMware Fusion"

When you ran the newer version of VMware Fusion it upgraded the virtual hardware of your VM. That VM will not currently run under your older version of VMware Fusion.

In order to fix that, you have to go back to install VMware Fusion 11.x again, then change the virtual hardware on your VM (menu -> VM -> Settings -> Compatibility ) and change it to hardware version 14.

Then get back to VMware Fusion 10.x again and your VM should start, not sure if you won't get a black screen, but only one way to find out....

good luck!
