Vmware Fusion (12.1) can not boot Big Sur 12 beta (public, developer)

At first, I created Big Sur 12.2.1 (formal release) on Vmware fusion, and it works OK.

But updating to Big Sur beta (public), the udating to beta proceeded smoothly but the updated big Sur beta was not booted and repeated the restarts (on around 10% progerss bar, and restart again and again).

Does anyone experience this error?
