I've got Vista Business SP2 installed on VMWare Fusion on Leopard. The virtual machine file grows to an extra 10 gig over time until Vista freezes. When I revert to the snapshot it works again and the virtual machine is 10 gig smaller.
Is this to do with a swapfile or temp files? Or if I revert to Windows XP Pro would this problem go away? Is there some other setting I should look at?
To be honest I'm finding Vista a real pain to use and I'm thinking of going back to using Windows XP after this Semester finishes. I'm using Windows as I need it for my University Studies so I can't spend time wiping now.
I save my files to a shared directory in Leopard so they get backed up by Time Machine.
