Vista 32 Driver Issues with Audio & USB

Have some driver issues to report.

Under a Vista 32 Business VLK build in Fusion 36932 I am experiencing the following:

\- Audio Driver not present after installation of VMTools

\- Video performance is substandard. Not Aero compliant. Not Video compliant.

\- Video full screen doesn't present the guest with an appropriate option for resolution.

\- USB Hard Drive doesn't show up when connected (checked device connect)

Uploaded the UI log. The case is 346403.

Hardware is a MacBoo Pro with a T7600 and 2gb RAM.

A WindowsUpdate has resolved the Audio Problem.

The WindowsUpdate Event Log showed the following updates being applied.

updateRevisionNumber 100

None of these map to the driver installed.

The driver that was loaded is as follows:

Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373)(WDM)

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\...

dmk.sys, es1371mp.sys, portcls.sys

File Version 6.0.6000.16386 (vista_rtm.061101-2205)

PCI\VEN_1274&DEV_1371&SUBSYS_13711274&REV_02

PCI\VEN_1274&DEV_1371&SUBSYS_13711274

PCI\VEN_1274&DEV_1371&CC_040100

PCI\VEN_1274&DEV_1371&CC_0401

The Video problems seem to have been described elsewhere as a future update to the virtual video driver.

The lasting issue is inconsistent USB drive mounting and an emerging problem with lost mouse clicks. (thats new)

Will continue testing and gather some more information regarding the mouse.

Thanks for a good beta guys.
