Virtualize MacOS using Fusion v12.2

Hello all,

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro now running Monterey. I am using VMWare Fusion V12.2 with 9 VMs and have no problems. I am trying to virtualize a copy of MacOS (Big Sur or Catalina) but I keep running into issues, such as: failing to power on the VM, making fusion run extremely slow, or simply making my host MBP crash and restart.

Any help a guidance is greatly appreciated.

What's the host and guest CPU/Ram configuration?  Are you trying to run 9 VM's at the same time?  How are you creating the VM?
