Virtual machine starts as soon as I open VMWare

I think I told VMWare Fusion to automatically start my Virtual Windows XP machine whenever I open VMWare fusion. I don't like that and want to go back, but can't find the setting anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to change that so I open VMWare Fusion and then tell it separately to open my virtual machine separately?

The setting is in the Virtual Machine Library - click on the orange star to turn this off.
