Virtual Machine fails to launch

I'm running Vista over Fusion in Leopard. I have recently upgraded Fusion from 1.1 to 1.1.1 and even more recently OSX from 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 Shortly after this second upgrade (but I can't remember if I ever got correct usage) Fusion stopped launching the Virtual Machine. In the Virtual Machine Library the machine has disappeared. If I run Vista from a shortcut in the dock, I get the following dialogue:

"The application launcher failed to launch Windows Explorer — Windows Vista. The virtual machine configuration file /Users/myname/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows Vista.vmwarevm/Windows Vista.vmx could not be found."

The original image file is still in its original position.

Any ideas?

Done. But when I click on the virtual machine, I get this:

"The document “Windows Vista” could not be opened."
