VT-d on Fusion 5

I can't seem to find the ability to expose PCI express devices to vritual machines.  Is it possible?  Also, I can't seem to find any documentation on how to create restricted vertual machines and where to find the network editor.  The one under preferences does not let you add virtual nics.

No, that is not possible with Fusion 5.

Restriced vm:s and network monitor is features of Fusion Pro, is that the Fusion version you have?
