VMware printing only postscript

Hi - until recently I have not had any problem printing from within Windows XP3 to my HP Photosmart. I can still print from OS 10.6.4 to the printer - but any print jobs sent from within Windows come out as postscript! It worked before, but not now! I've tried re-installing VMware Tools, with no luck.

All I can think is that a recent installation of Airport Express or GarminANT software changed something?

Any help most appreciated!

Thanks - I'd gone through those beforehand (no luck). I can see the printer from the virtual machine, it is connected as it has always been, and whenever I send a print job from the virtual machine it goes through correctly - but it prints as postscript! Any ideas?
