VMware Fusion Win2K Restore from Backup

I accidentally reverted my system back to a snapshot which was the original install so I lost all my data, back some 10 months. However, I do have a three month Time Machine backup that I hope to recover from. I don't want to do a full disk restore but selectively restore my VM environment. What file components and what are their locations do I need to restore to have any chance in ..... of this working.

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance....

Yes, take this unfortunate opportunity to implement a backup scheme that involves backing up User Data, on a regular basis, from within the Virtual Machine to external media such as CD/DVD or Removable Hard Drive as Time Machine is not always a reliable backup for Virtual Machines aside from the fact the depending on you version of Fusion and version of Leopard that Fusion excludes the virtual hard drive from being backed up or if the Virtual Machine is running at the time of backup it will not be backed up.

I do not use Time Machine so I can't comment on it however as far as the Virtual Machine Package and its location have a look at the Virtual Machine Files section in and make sure you know where your Virtual Machine's are stored and do not overwrite then in the restore process.
