1. Fusion is not NSX, a moderator will be along to move your thread
2. Fusion 12 does not work on the M1
3. There is a Tech Preview of a version of Fusion which works on the M1 - more about it here: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Fusion-for-Apple-Silicon-Tech/ct-p/3022
4. It won't run VMs which use an Intel-based OS, only VMs which use ARM-based OSes.
