VMware Fusion 12.2.4 tools

I finally got a new virtual program installed with Win7 Ultimate, I have tried to install the tools from the program and it won't let me. I am trying to access it (from Windows) using both firefox and chrome and your site won't let me, even though I have downloaded it from the Mac side. Unless I install the tools I cannot access the Mac side for the file. Please help, thank you
