VMware Big Sur "Recovery boot/mode" don't work -> any news?

Professional Version 12.0.0 (16880131) and Big Sur v11.01

But Recovery boot is not working (yet) is there an solution?

Professional Version 12.1.0 (17195230)

did not fix this problem.
