VMs Problem after upgrading to Fusion 4

Hi

I upraded m Fusion from 3 to 4 then ran the VMs and choosed to upgrade them from the message that is displaied

but after that windows keep restarting, i get a message from Fusion that error is happened and need to restart the

Vm and it continues i attached a report

The sounds like the same problem I had with 4.0.2. Downgrading to 4.0.1 fixed that. I didn't get any useful answers either and I'm back to Fusion 3.

well it seems a serious problem but i respect vmware so there should be kind of replay, i will

lose tonight coast of international call to there head office that might coast more than the license

If you already bought a Fusion 4 license, you can make a Service Request and contact the support tea directly. The forum isn't the official channel to get support.

but i didnt buy support with it im not allwed to

When I look into my account, I can make a support request for Fusion 3 and I didn't buy anything but the license. As far as I know basic support by eMail is included in the license.
