The sounds like the same problem I had with 4.0.2. Downgrading to 4.0.1 fixed that. I didn't get any useful answers either and I'm back to Fusion 3.

If you already bought a Fusion 4 license, you can make a Service Request and contact the support tea directly. The forum isn't the official channel to get support.

When I look into my account, I can make a support request for Fusion 3 and I didn't buy anything but the license. As far as I know basic support by eMail is included in the license.
