.VMX file not working after power off (line 1 syntax error)

Hello everybody. I forced power off while VMWare was open. And since this day it doesn't open as there is a syntax error in line 1 in my .vmx file. Can anybody fix it please ? I attached the files. Thanks in advance WoodyZ

Thanks for your help but it doesn't work. I did the exact same file but not working. When VMWare launches it says "not found".

To help figure out what is what, the best way to provide comprehensive diagnostic information is to use the "Collect Support Information" command from the VMware Fusion (menu bar) > Help > Collect Support Information and then attach the .tgz file (or .zip file if VMware Fusion 6) it created on your Desktop to a reply post.

Thanks for your help guys. Both VMXs (the one I rebuilt and a.p.'s) were working, it's just that I had to reboot my Mac.
