In the event that promisc mode is requested by a guest machine, VMWare Fusion should display a user dialog asking for permission. However this dialog never seems to get displayed, and the process locks up, hanging on `authorization-connection-queue`.
This would appear to be a bug in the way that VMWare Fusion handles displaying the user dialog.
