VMWare Fusion & IR Device Polar Watch

Hi All,

I try to get my Polar HR Watch to work in vmware fusion. I connected the Apple IR device, saw that drivers were installed. Unfortunately I don't get the Windows App (Polar ProTrainer) not to talk to the watch..... any ideas?

Hi All,

using the origianl Polar IrDA USB 2.0 adapter I'm able to bridge the USB device to the WinXP running in the VMWare Fusion. So I got a working soltion, though I had to spend a couple of bucks....

I can confirm this and just ordered the new USB 2.0 Polar device. Note that the Polar 1.0 device does work in Bootcamp.
