The crash consists of the screen becoming psychedelic and then dropping me into the login screen. Sometimes I have to power cycle the computer. Some actions in the VM can take up to a minute to complete. I am running Altium in the VM for reference. This has worked very well until the other day. I'm guessing it's related to the update. Although I had the problem right before the update as well.
I'm guessing window manager crashes because if I try to open a large image at the same time as the system is hanging osx is unable to render the image and I get blue blocks inside the preview window. I also can no longer play a video and use vmware at the same time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can post crash logs if someone can help me find the useful parts of the logs.
