VMWare Conversion to OVF File

I have a vmware 11.1 file on a MacBook Pro titled  windows 10 x64.vmwarevm. which I would like to convert to an OVF file so I can import it into parallels.  The KB article on vmware indicates I should have an export function under file menu.  I do not have that in Fusion 11.1.  So how to I convert the file?

The "export to OVF" is a feature for Fusion Pro. If you use a standard license, you could not see the menu item.
