This option can cause roblem with apps as well:
In relation to my other post with the: Distored resizing window resolution in OS X Guest (see last post)
This also causes issues with apps.. for instance Firefox Quantum: (Attached)
Like my previous post, uncheck/rechecking fixes these apps as well.
