VMWARE password change

I thought there might be a board for Fusion.  Oh well.

I have been an IT processional for over 20 years.  Lantastic, Novel, Microsoft & yes VMWare Fusion to run Windows on MACs.

I just tried, unsuccessfully, to change my login to manage my Fusion subscription.

It is so complicated I think it's time to move to Parallels.

While this is a board for Fusion, it's a user-to-user platform. It is not an official support vehicle for VMware products or their customer connect portal, so you might not get a lot of direct help from VMware here.

By "change my login", do you mean "change the password"? or something else. There's password change advice in  https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2013963
