VM imported from Parallels - BSOD

Hi,

Just wondering has anyone encountered issues with importing a VM from Parallels using VMWare Importer. The import went fine and no errors. When I start the VM in Fusion, it just BSOD and I can't pause to see what is the exact error message. So I am wondering how can I resolve this issue?

Thank you.

PS. VM is XP SP2 on MBP 10.5.2

Uninstall the Parallels tools in Guest OS and then import the Virtual Machine and test.

In addition to Silica's suggestion, see for how to slow down a BSOD so you can see it.

manage to see the BSOD, it's something to do with in-accessible boot devices. and found a solution for it.

It would probably be helpful to others having the same issue if your were to share the solution that worked for you.
