VM Machine

I am an Apple Computer user and have Fusion 11.0 installed and running.  I have multiple clients over the coarse of a year and use VM's to connect to their systems to protect myself and to customize access to their systems.  I created a vanilla Windows 10 Pro VM and I want to use it as the base machine.  I want to clone it for each customer but I am not able to.

How do I clone an existing machine....
