VM IS FROZEN

Looking for advice,,,,,please!!!!!! Have a macbook pro and my vm is frozen or my windows xp is frozen either way can't use it. Using MAC OSX LEOPARD with fusion 2.01,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,With the screen being frozen it say's - Unable to open file"Users/my name/documents/virtual machine/windows xp professional2 vmwarevm/windows xp professional2-000011.vmdk" one of the discs in tis virtual machine is already in use by a virtual machine or by a snap shot....................When I find the one that it says in use the same thing happens and that being said if the virtual machine had one in use I would be able to suspend it when quiting vm but it doesn't......Can't go to another snapshot because the same thing happen's.........Is there another way to suspend it?????
