V5 Pro. 10.8 ML Host, 10.8 ML Guest drag and drop & Copy and paste?

What can I expect with the above configuration?

Right now I am not able to drag files from the Mountain Lion host to a Mountain Lion guest. Copy and paste is also not working. I have VMWare Tools installed on the guest. DnD and C&P both work with Windows 7 guests?

Correct, no drag/drop with OSX guests yet.
