I'm getting the "Failed to power on..." message. I've also tried to force it to shutdown and I get the same message when attempting to start it.
I upgraded yesterday, and it was fine. This morning I opted to upgrade the tools version, then this occurred.
It's my primary development environment, so I am now hosed.
