Upgraded from RC1 to 2.0 release. QuickBooks Pro 2008 in XP Pro SP2 window in unity defaults to larger than my 24" monitor

Today I upgraded from from 2.0 RC1 to 2.0.

Since then whenever I launch QuickBook Pro 2008 in my XP Pro SP2 VM in Unity, the window is larger than my 24" monitor.

How can I get Fusion to remember the size of the window?
