Upgraded didn't get serial number

I just upgraded to VMware Fusion 3 from 2 and I did not get a new serial number.

Also making a single ambiguous statement like "I just upgraded to VMware Fusion 3 from 2 and I did not get a new serial number." it's very helpful and forces use to have to ask you a bunch of questions so in the future have a look at so as to provide adequate information.

So how did you upgrade?

Did you buy a new version in a retail store, third party online store or from the VMware Store doing the {Upgrade promotion|http://www.vmware.com/vmwarestore/fusion_upgrade_promo.html]?

Or did you just download it directly from Download VMware Fusion?

Or did you go through Start 30-day Free Trial

I purchased online thru this website http://www.vmware.com/vmwarestore/fusion_upgrade_promo.html

And I'm attaching a photo of the software asking for a serial number.

Try logging into www.vmware.com > My Account (top right) > Manage Product Keys > Fusion. All my purchased and upgrade keys are there.

If you're talking about the "Login to" list boxes on the "VMware Account Management - Login or Register" page, it's: Manage Product Licenses > VMware Fusion 3
