Update to Fusion on a second apple computer

Hello.

I have purchased the new version 12 upgrade license for my apple laptop.  Now I would like to update my license for my iMac.  I cannot find how to do that as VM seems to think my old license has been inactivated?  I assume that happened with I upgraded the laptop?  How do I get around this issue?  Thanks..

The forum is a peer support forum where users help other users (to be clear I don't work for VMware). License issues cannot be resolved by other users. The only thing I can say that it is not because you updated the laptop.
