Unity not available in 13.5

Running Fusion 13.5 with a Windows 11 arm machine.

I have the latest Vmware tools installed.

I don't have the option to enable Unity.

Is this a limitation or something I need to do - all Unity options are disabled.

Unity is still not available for Windows 11 ARM virtual machines in 13.5.
