Unity issues with V. 6.2 and Windows 7 on Mavericks

Hello Everyone,

I'e been looking for an answer to this issue, but haven't found anything, so my apologies if this has been resolved, I couldn't find it.

Presently I'm running VMware fusion 6.0.2, with Windows 7x64 professional as a guest. This is running on an iMac running Mavericks.

Up until a month ago, I have been running everything in unity, and things have been fine. Now, I find that when I wake or login into my mac that unity mode has stopped working. I have to uninstall and reinstall VMTools for unity to work properly, but then again thats only my machine goes to sleep and I wake it, then I have to do the reinstall again.

Is this a known problem? Is there something I can do to make it work more reliably.?

Thanks in advance.

Hi gicalgary,

Thx for using Fusion!

I can't reproduce your problem in my own environment...Actually, I think this problem should be already fixed in Fusion 6.0.2.

You said up until a month ago, everything went well. So in recent month, did you do anything special? Did you upgrade Fusion version or upgrade Mac OS X version? Or install any special host or guest application?

Thx a lot.
